Using Silks suspended from the ceiling, we will hang upside down,  re-aligning the spine.  The hammock is also used to go deeper into stretches that are not accessed in a regular yoga class.  BAT yoga uses techniques from Yoga, pilates, and calisthenics to build your core.  Each class ends in meditation, surrounded in fabric, and is wonderfully relaxing.  Level 1,2

Here is a breakdown of the different levels….

Level G:  Gentle movements that promote relaxation and tension relief
Level 1:  Along with gentle movements, you will incorporate standing poses to build heat and muscles.
Level 2:  You will warm up with some sun salutes and relax down with meditation.  It’s the perfect mix.
Level 3:  For clients who want a challenge, or are ready to make big changes into their lives.  Heat, correct alignment, and possible inversions are taught in these classes.
In Every class you are strongly encouraged to listen to your breath.  When you become strained, or the breath is out of rhythm you are not practicing yoga.  Self -Resting is encouraged at any point in any class. Warm temp is between 75 degrees and 80.  Heated Temp is 85-90.  Fans stir up the air, and the warm temperature allows the body to stretch to maximum.  (All classes last 1 hr. and 15 min. with exception of Lunch time classes – 55 min.  )
