Class Information

Beginner’s Yoga with Meditation

Hatha Yoga is a class designed to support you on your journey to wellness.  Suitable for all.  Warm temp.

Beginner’s Fundamentals

Learn how to sequence a vinyasa.  De-construct each pose for correct alignment.  Learn tips on how to release tension, and how to properly align the body for maximum benefit.  Intro into breathing.   Each week a new concept will be introduced.  Suitable for all.

Yoga Matrix

Suitable for all.  This class starts out in a flowing sequence to build heat, strength and mobility.  The last half of class slows down and longer holds help open the hips and lower back.  Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.  Warm temp.

Gentle Slow Flow

Go with the flow, release long held tension in the muscles, skeletal system.  Suitable for beginners to advanced.  Warm temp.

Prana Power

Prana Power is designed to physically and mentally challenge you.  By using your prana  (life force), you will build endurance, flexibility, and strength through fast paced vinyasas, long holds, and deep stretches.  Suitable for fit beginner’s.  Warm.

Vinyasa Alignment Flow

Vinyasa Alignment Flow is a class where breath combined with flowing movements with an attention to alignment and detail.  Our signature classes.  Suitable for fit beginners.  Heated temp.

Ashtanga Flow

Ashtanga Flow is a class for those of us who like to go. A class combined with breath and movement.  For those who are on the fast track.  Suitable for fit beginners. Heated temp.

BAT Yoga All Levels

BAT Yoga using hammocks.  We will go upside down. Suitable for fit beginner’s.   Strength building.  Not sure if this class is for you?  Give us a call  513-204-5657.  Currently we have 9 hammocks.  They are first come first served.  Get to class early to reserve your hammock.


Warm temp is between 75 degrees and 80.  Heated Temp is 85.  Fans stir up the air, and the warm temperature allows the body to stretch to maximum.  (All classes last 1 hr. and 15 min. with exception of Lunch time with Diana on Tuesday’s – 55 min.  )
